Jerks Over Nice Guys?
We all know many women get together with Jerks, but do girls really want Jerks? It's a bit of a tricky question, but let me reveal what's really going on, and what Jerks will never tell you about themselves and their relationships with women.
If you're wondering about the "Jerk Question", chances are you've seen women go for the Jerk time after time. And from your perspective it may appear like women want Jerks simply because they choose the Jerk over Nice Guys.
But do girls really want jerks?
Not necessarily. Though they certainly would rather be with a Jerk than a Nice Guy. It's not so much a question of what they want as it is a PREFERENCE.
And Jerks outweigh Nice Guys 10 to 1. Nice Guys don't even measure on a woman's 'Richter Scale'. But a Jerk certainly does!
Jerks and Nice Guys both have undesirable traits. Jerks simply have more desirable traits than Nice Guys do. Women are willing to tolerate the Jerks 'negative' traits, but she can't stand the Nice Guy's 'negative' traits.
The real question is not do girls really want Jerks, but why do Nice Guys, in spite of being so 'decent' to women, not even register with women, while Jerks do?
You want to know why women go for Jerks when you're so nice to them, but they don't even give you a first thought -- is that about right?
Answering this question will reveal whether or not women really want Jerks. And to answer why women prefer Jerks, but will rarely give a Nice Guy a chance is to look at what women want in men.
Why Women Choose Jerks Over Nice Guys...
Nice Guys and Jerks both have their weaknesses. However, a woman will tolerate a Jerk's weaknesses -- even if it's physical abuse -- but one thing she will not tolerate is a Nice Guy's weaknesses.
The Jerk's weak spot is his hot-headedness. But the Nice Guy's weak spot, a trait women can't stand in a guy, is his submissive agreeableness. He's passive and void of sexuality.
To women, Nice Guys are like girlfriends -- nothing resembling a male.
Do girls really want Jerks? A woman will tolerate hot-headedness in a guy long, long before she will tolerate spinelessness. That's for sure. The MOST important trait women want in men is backbone.
But Nice Guy's don't have one.
Do girls really want Jerks? Well, with a Jerk, a woman always knows where he stands. She knows when she's out of line. He lets her know immediately. Perhaps not in the most tactful or sympathetic way, but he lets her know.
But a Nice Guy? Does he ever notice when a woman steps out of line? "There's a line? What?" Nope. Nice Guy's ignore their boundaries and they don't communicate them.
With a Nice Guy, a woman never REALLY knows what he's thinking or feeling. And neither does he.
Want Women? Forget About Jerks
and Start Controlling Your Emotions
Since the most important characteristic women want in men is a man with self control -- with backbone. For a man who masters himself and his emotions offers women reassured confidence. His presence alone calms her womanly nerves and balances her fickle emotions.
Nice Guys have next to no control over their emotions. They function like women, where emotions are concerned. And because they have no control over their emotions, they puke them all over women.
They let women control their emotions for them.
A Nice Guy's relationship with a woman is more like a lesbian relationship than anything else.
This is not only unappealing to women, but very unattractive. Sure, us guys tend to like women expressing how they feel towards and about us -- after all, it is feminine. But women despise guys who get all 'lovey-dovey' and 'emotional' with them. Barf!
Do girls really want Jerks? One thing is for sure. They don't want Nice Guys.
For even though the Jerk isn't in control of his emotions either, he doesn't barf them all over women. Unlike the Nice Guy, who lets women pull his emotional strings, a Jerk doesn't let a woman pull his.
He may not be in control of his own emotions, but she sure isn't either! In fact, she has little to next to no control over his emotions.
That's what women despise so much about Nice Guys and why women rarely end up with them, except for marriage. A woman has instant control over a Nice Guy's emotions from the moment they meet.
So do girls really want Jerks? No. What they want is a Cool Guy. But with such a large population of Nice Guys and such a small population of Cool Guys, women will choose Jerks over Nice Guys.
Women will always choose a guy with backbone over a spineless guy any day. Intelligence doesn't even factor in.
